Welcome to MoneyMap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoneyMap website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using MoneyMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About MoneyMap

MoneyMap is a personal and business financial-management software platform operated by MONEYMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED (RC 9949685). It offers budgeting, sales recording, inventory, business reporting and POS software, with optional authorised integrations depending on configuration. Payment processing, acquiring and settlement are provided by independently licensed payment providers where enabled. MoneyMap itself does not claim to operate as a bank or card acquirer.

Pre-existing merchant-specific agreements entered into with another company remain subject to their own terms unless validly transferred or replaced; these general Terms do not automatically transfer them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MoneyMap. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

MoneyMap is provided for lawful personal and organisational financial recording and business-management purposes, subject to the features and permissions enabled for the account.

• Upload malicious code or harmful content

5. Financial Data Disclaimer

MoneyMap provides tools for tracking and organizing financial information entered by users.

• MoneyMap does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• All financial decisions made using information from MoneyMap are your sole responsibility.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app.

6. WhatsApp Connection Feature

MoneyMap may offer a WhatsApp connection feature to enable notifications, summaries, or customer support.

By using this feature, you consent to:

• Sharing your phone number for WhatsApp communication
• Receiving messages related to your MoneyMap account

MoneyMap does not read or store private WhatsApp conversations beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of MoneyMap may require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Fees are billed as stated at the time of purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subscription terms may change with prior notice

Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to premium features.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with MoneyMap are owned by or licensed to MoneyMap.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service
• Use MoneyMap branding without written permission

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MoneyMap at any time if:

• Your use poses a risk to the Service or other users

You may stop using MoneyMap at any time and request account deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability
